When Jaz bought the shop on Albrae Street in May 2023, the building had been neglected and nobody in town was sending cars there. He put every dollar he'd saved into new equipment and a clean lobby, then refused to pay for Google or Yelp ads. He wanted customers who came back because of how they were treated.
It worked slowly, then all at once. Word of mouth turned into reviews, and reviews turned into people finding us online. Today most of our work is insurance collision repair, especially on European cars and Teslas, with paint matching as the thing customers mention most.
