A recovery unit on call every hour of every day, anywhere inside 35 miles of the workshop. Jump starts, flats, lockouts, fuel and winch-outs are fixed on the spot where we can; where we cannot, the car comes back to our bay on the flatbed and the call-out fee comes off the repair.
