Where to park, and
what to do while you wait.
- By car
- Two minutes from the Auto Mall Parkway exit off I-880. Customer parking is the marked row directly in front of the glass — do not use the bay aprons, we need those to move cars.
- Dropping off early
- There is a key box beside the main door for drop-offs before 7:30. Post the key with your name and we will call you once the car is on the lift.
- Waiting
- A proper waiting room with fast wi-fi, decent coffee and a view straight into the bays. Most oil services are done before you finish a second cup.
- Getting on with your day
- Warm Springs BART is a short ride out, and we will text you the moment the car is ready rather than leaving you guessing.
- Accessibility
- Step-free entrance, accessible bathroom and two reserved bays by the door.
