What actually happens in there.

Six stages, in order, every single time. Scroll sideways through them — the same way your car moves through the building.

The sequence

Arrival to
handover.

Nobody skips a stage because the shop is busy. If we cannot do it properly today we will tell you and book you in for a day we can.

STAGE 01

Arrival & walk-around

We photograph the car as it comes in and note existing marks with you standing next to us. Then we confirm, out loud, what you actually want looked at — because "it makes a noise" and "the brakes feel wrong" are different jobs.

STAGE 02

On the lift

Bonnet up, car raised, scan tool connected. A technician works a fixed checklist rather than hunting for whatever is most profitable, and everything found gets photographed where it sits.

STAGE 03

Findings, split three ways

Needs doing now. Watch at next service. Perfectly fine. Most shops blur those together until everything sounds urgent. Yours arrives as a written list with a photo against each line.

STAGE 04

Your approval

An itemised quote with parts and labour separated. Approve all of it, some of it, or none of it. Nothing is touched before you tap yes, and the figure on that screen is the figure on the invoice.

STAGE 05

The work, then a second pair of eyes

Manufacturer-spec parts, calibrated torque tools, and a different technician signing off the job from the one who did it. Torque figures go on paper and into your file.

STAGE 06

Road test & handover

Every car is driven before you see it again. You get the handover photos, the old parts if you want them, and a 24-month warranty we honour without making you argue for it.

The unglamorous part

Transparency is
only the promise.

Glass walls and photo reports are easy to copy. What is harder is the equipment behind them and the discipline to use it every time, including on a Friday afternoon when there are four cars waiting.

So here is the boring inventory. This is what your money actually buys.

Lifts
Six two-post and scissor lifts rated to 3.5 tonnes, load tested annually and certified.
Diagnostics
Dealer-level scan platforms covering European, Japanese, Korean and domestic marques, with subscriptions kept current rather than cracked.
Alignment
Laser four-wheel alignment rig calibrated quarterly, with printed before-and-after geometry for every job.
Torque
Digital torque wrenches recalibrated every six months. Certificates on the wall, not in a drawer.
Technicians
Eight ASE-certified technicians, minimum four years each, with paid training days budgeted every quarter.
Parts
Manufacturer or OEM-equivalent as standard. If you want cheaper we will say so and price both, but we will not fit it silently.
Waste
Used oil, coolant, refrigerant and batteries handled by a licensed contractor. Manifests kept for seven years.
